Personally for me, I took from the day’s course the reassurance of how to pass a Cabin Crew interview; one can never have too much self-confidence, especially when dealing with customers. I experienced a full picture about the Cabin Crew training course: what will be studied and how things are done. I feel that it is a very good idea to combine the Cabin Crew Direct with a one day ‘live’ training course because as humans we learn more through live interaction/contact than just answering questions on a screen test. I would recommend that all people who wish to apply themselves for a Cabin Crew job take their first step with a one day course then proceed with a Cabin Crew Direct online training course. Together and combined, both give enough information and knowledge – written, viewed and physical - for succeeding in an interview.
